All Southwind Brims hats are made to order and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Times (after fulfillment)

• U.S. Orders: 3–4 business days (standard), or 1–3 days with express shipping.

• International Orders: 5–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Address or Missing Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t replace orders sent to incorrect addresses. If your package doesn’t arrive, contact us, and we’ll help you track it down.
