Each Southwind Brims hat is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful, so we don’t keep stock or accept general returns.
If there’s a problem with your order
If your hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost.
You don’t need to return the item — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If you change your mind
Because all products are made to order, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or wrong color selections.
If you’d like a replacement, you can place a new order at your own expense.
